At Crib Surfer, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their booking up to 2 days before the scheduled check-in date to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests submitted at least 2 days prior to the booking date will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for cancellations less than 2 days before check-in are subject to discretion and may not be provided.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • If you need to change your check-in or check-out dates, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Changes are subject to availability.

  • Any price difference due to date changes will be communicated and must be approved before confirming the new dates.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
