Questions.

For direct booking, check-in is 5 PM and check-out is 11 AM.

Early Check-in is available upon request. Guests have to inform Willowtree Glamping prior to check-in date. Late check-out also may be available.
Charges for late Check is £20 per hour, and per part hour after that.
Charges for Early Check-in is £20 per hour, and per part hour after that.

We accept pets in all accommodation.  We charge £10 for pets per stay.  Pets are not permitted on furniture or on/in beds.

The Cabins & Shepherds Hut: There is a mini fridge and small freezer.
 
Tents: If you wish to store any perishable food items.  Any drinks maybe stored in the fridge to chill down subject to space within it.  Items are left in the fridge/freezer at each guests own risk.

  • Wellie boots or sensible walking shoes;
  • Head-torch;
  • Hat;
  • Umbrellas;
  • Sun  cream;
  • Mobile phone/tablet and chargers;
  • Torches;
  • Warm nightwear, if staying in the  cooler months of the year;

Hair dryers are available upon request.

We request that guests strip the bed before departure and leave windows open.
 
We ask that the washing up is done and all rubbish is bagged and taken to the rubbish area. 

We must be informed of all additional guests prior to arrival. A maximum number applies. Guests must vacate the premises by 8pm and are not permitted to use facilities such as hot tub, kitchens, sanitary facilities.

Your Barbecue area is open to all the weather elements.  If you are willing to cook out in the rain then you are more than welcome, but you will need to bring a large umbrella.  You can use the many take-away food outlets in Annalong:  Pizza, Fish & Chips; Chinese; and Deli are all options.

We provide accommodations at central locations in the city, so there is everything available in a 2 to 5 minutes walk.

Yes, due to the extensive cleaning and sanitation required we have a 2 night minimum stay. We may have some single nights available contact us for these dates? A single night supplement applies to  cover Covid cleaning.

Yes, due to Covid we request guests to  bring their own towels.
